For your handling, die- casting, machine tending, polishing and cleaning applications, you need a robust, versatile and reliable robot like Comau NM 45. The machine comfortably handles weights of up to 45 kg with super fast speed and accuracy of 0.06 mm. It has a wide working envelope provided by 6 axes and 2000 mm arm.   

The robot utilise C4G controller with added features and increased speed compared to its predecessors. It also has high calculating power which sets it apart from other controllers in the market. Path following and control of peripherals (including application software and user interface) are also differently enhanced by two separate processors to enhance efficiency on both levels.    

The underlying hardware and software have been optimised to enhance interaction between the control panel and other networks. SMS message and internet technologies such as Device net, Profibus- DP, Interbus-s fibre optics opc, USB, Interbus-s wire, Ethernet, and RS422  can therefore be used in operations. It is also designed to manage up to 40 axes in multi- arm configuration.
